Terms of Service

These terms outline general conditions for using this website and engaging Stonegate Security WA for professional security services.

These Terms of Service are provided for general website and service inquiry purposes. Specific security services may be governed by a written agreement, statement of work, post orders, proposal, or other contract documents between Stonegate Security WA and the client.

Services Provided

Stonegate Security WA provides professional security services that may include construction site security, fire watch, armed security, HOA and community patrols, corporate security, workplace violence prevention, security consultation, reporting, and related support. The scope, schedule, staffing, and responsibilities for any assignment should be confirmed in writing before service begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, risks, contacts, access instructions, site rules, hazards, emergency procedures, and any legal or operational requirements that may affect service delivery.

Clients must maintain safe site conditions, provide necessary access, communicate material changes promptly, and avoid directing security personnel to perform work outside the agreed scope or contrary to law, licensing requirements, safety standards, or company policy.

Payment Terms

Fees, billing schedules, deposits, overtime, holiday rates, cancellation terms, reimbursable expenses, and payment deadlines will be described in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due according to the terms listed on the invoice or contract. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services where permitted by law and agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Security services are intended to reduce risk, support deterrence, document activity, and assist with response procedures. No security provider can guarantee that theft, loss, injury, damage, unauthorized access, workplace violence, fire, or other incidents will not occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stonegate Security WA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from website use, service inquiries, or services except as expressly provided in a written agreement or required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms and any related website use or service inquiry are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, and regulations.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be handled according to the dispute resolution process in the applicable written agreement. Where no written agreement controls, disputes will be resolved in an appropriate venue in Washington state unless otherwise required by law.
